Alongside my core brand and campaign design work, I have developed a range of branded merchandise focused on products that students genuinely want to use in everyday life. My approach centred on creating practical, functional items that offer real value while strengthening brand visibility through regular use and long-term relevance.
The project included t-shirts, tote bags, water bottles, pencil cases, portable chargers, hard drives, notebooks, and other student-focused accessories designed to support study, travel, and campus life. Rather than producing disposable promotional items, we focused on useful products that students choose to keep, carry, and engage with repeatedly.
From concept development through to final artwork, I consider audience needs, usability, production methods, durability, sustainability, and cost efficiency to ensure each item is both commercially viable and desirable. I also adapt brand identities carefully across physical formats, maintaining consistency while ensuring designs feel modern, wearable, and fit for purpose.
This work has strengthened my understanding of consumer behaviour, product desirability, supplier-ready artwork, and how thoughtful merchandise can create meaningful everyday touchpoints between a brand and its audience.
