Voices of Bayes is a long-form video series created to humanise the Bayes Business School brand by putting people, not propositions, at the centre of the story.
The series focuses on students and academics from across the School, exploring not just their areas of expertise, but their personal journeys: where they come from, the experiences that shaped them, and how those perspectives influence the way they think about leadership, business and impact. The intention was to move beyond traditional profile films and create something more honest, reflective and human.
Each film is built around the belief that who you are informs what you build. The conversations connect personal background with professional ambition, highlighting how Bayes thinkers are using business as a force for good, creating organisations, ideas and research that respond to real social challenges, not just commercial ones.
Creatively, the series is understated and intimate, designed to let authenticity lead. The visual approach prioritises clarity, warmth and trust, allowing each voice to feel distinct while sitting within a consistent brand framework. The films were developed to work both as standalone stories and as a connected series, supporting wider brand, recruitment and thought-leadership objectives across digital and social channels.
Voices of Bayes demonstrates my approach to story-led brand building, using real people, real experiences and thoughtful craft to create content that resonates emotionally, reflects institutional values, and builds long-term brand meaning.
